Luke Coffey married Bridgit Delaney, both of Ireland. Their son Patrick,b. abt 1839 County Killkenney, married Mary Hickey, b. 24 June 1824 and immigrated to Peekskill, NY with the following children who were also born in Ireland. The family was found in the 1880 census. William b. abt 1857; Mary T. b. abt 1864, d. 25 Jan 1924; Patrick Jr. b. abt 1864; Martin b. abt 1865; Margaret b. abt 1869. The men all worked in the brickyards and Mary ran a boarding house. All of her boarders were Irish brick yard workers. Mary T. married Claudius Depew b. Dec 1859.
