by 1891 David Nathan Coffee marries Julia Matilda Elizabeth Pennell almost 20 years younger than he
(Tildie as she was called was my great great grand aunt)
Nathan as he was called bought land in Alexander county Nc from his Father n law William Franklin Pennell and in 1900
that is where he and Tildie are enumerated.
After 1900 David Nathan Coffee dies and
his widow (second wife) Julia Matilda Elizabeth Pennell Coffee married James soloman Keller the widoer of Frances Coffee who was a cousin of Nathan and a daughter of William Franklin Coffee.(Frances'sister Mary Jane Coffee was Married to Hiram Jefferson Pennell(Matilda's Brother)
I know very confusing.
I have Isabella Litton Coffees caligraphy baptism certifictae that was in aunt tildies Bible .
