Margaret Coffee (Coffey) Poss. Related to Croston or Sullivan?

I have the following info:

Elizabeth Croston daughter of Michael Croston (b. Cork) and Ellen Sullivan Croston (b. Ireland) was baptised in 1878 in Milton, New Hampshire. Her sponsors were Margaret Coffee and Michael McCarthy.

Michael Croston worked as a laborer for the railroad and worked in different locations along the railroad line in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusettes. I think the Crostons and Sullivans were from Mass. They eventually settled in Franklin, Mass.

Do not know the names of any siblings of the Crostons or who their siblings married. Their daughters married - Carr, Gohery, Gravelle & Wood and their son married a Hamilton.

I am hoping that the sponsors are related to this family.

If you see a connection, please reply.

Thank you.
