It is always a pleasure to help a dedicated researcher like yourself. It occurs to me though that I did not point out that you will need a male Coen kinsman to provide a Y chromosome DNA sample. Like the surname Coen, the Y chromosme is passed down from father to son more or less unchanged. It is therefore ideally suited to tracing the male line of the family.
