Hoping someone can help identify Catherine.
On 21 July 1861, one of our ancestors married a woman listed in the record book as Catherine COENS. This marriage occured in Kosciusko Co, IN. There are NO other mentions of anyone by that surname in other county records so it could be the surname was spelled wrong, but I'd be interested in whether anyone has information on a Catherine COEN(S) that may have been in northern Indiana ca 1860.
