CODY/L'ESCAUDE - FROM GUERNSEY/JERSEY TO QUEBEC

Hi,

My wife ancestors CODY came from Guernesey Island (Guernsey)to Bonaventure Island then Perce (Gaspesie, Quebec, Canada). 1st ancestor in the country is Pierre LE CAUDE / CODY born about 1786 in Guernesey.
Guernesey (Guernsey) is the same place that Marthe (Martha) Le Brocq and Philippe LE CAUDE (W.F. CODY / Buffalo Bill ancestors) came frome.

I'm looking for information about the CODY / CODEY / LE CAUDE / L'ESCAUDE family in Guersesey & Jersey. Not just the link Guillaume-Raulin-Jean-Nicolas-Abraham-Philippe but all the family, their brothers, to find the link from "my" cody line and Buffalo Bill's line.
