Sarah Josephine Bennett married 1st UNKNOWN CODY

Trying to determine the name of Sarah Jospehine Bennett's first husband. She was born 1843 in TN. Not sure who her father was but she married a CODY and had a daughter named Nancy Jane CODY born ca 1863 in AR. Mark Barbee married Josephine CODY in Woodruff Co., AR in 1865. There was a D. L. Cody from St. Francis Co., AR in the same military unit as Mark Barbee's brother, Wiley. Listed on the KIA list of AR soldiers at the Battle of Richmond, KY was a D.L. Cody. Does anyone have any info on this CODY?
