Thanks for responding to my message. Since I posted that I've received beau coup info on Cockrums, notably from Dr. Lendell Cockrum. He even sent me by snail mail a lengthy genealogy on both Bryant and Barbara's heirs, including my kin. So, I think I'm covered Cockrum-wise.

However, I did find one tasty bit of new info in your message. Joseph Rhoades's wife was Elizabeth Mitchum? She's known only as Elizabeth in my family records and the Rhoades Family website.

What else do you have on her? All we've got is that she died about 1799. Do you have a source for the Mitchum side of the family? If so, I'd love to have the info.
