James & William Cockrum were in 1830 Habersham Co., GA census. James was 60-70, William 60-70. 1832 Cherokee Co., GA land lottery Wm., James & James' son Hezekiah were listed in Habersham Co.
They were in Lumpkin Co., GA 1834 state census. James & sons, Wm. & Hez., removed to Gilmer Co., GA bef. 1840. 1850 census James was 84.
Wm. remained in Lumpkin for 1850 census age 79, Bap. minister.
