Hello,
Your Joseph Cockrell is the brother of my Morgan Cockrell and they were neighbors. Joseph Cockrell predeceased both his brother Morgan Cockrell and their father Simon Cockrell. Have list of heirs for Simon Cockrell and the twelve children are mentioned.

I am aware of this Simon Cockrell son of Joseph Cockrell from a newspaper clipping left at the Johnson County Historical Society. However I do not have anything on his wife and children mentioned in this article. I would be very interested in your more information if you would send it to me.
