I have a Jemima Cockrell daughter of Joseph and Jane Marmaduke. This would have been a sister to my Christoper Cockrell who was born in 1750. According to my records, she married a Mr. Layton, but considering the date you provided for the marriage to Graham I have to assume yours is probably a second marriage. Christopher died young in Virginia, but I believe a significant portion of his family and that of his father's moved West to Kentucky in the 1795 to 1800 time frame. You should check the Cockrell Web page for more on this family.
