I am a descendant of John H. Cochrel, Sr. John was born about 1819, reputedly in Delaware. He married Mary Bucklew about 1847 and died in 1896 in Hancock Co., Ohio. Mary was born in Ohio in 1822 and died in Hancock Co., Ohio in 1891. Their Children were:

Sarah Elizabeth Cochrel (1846-1819)
Nathan B, Cochrel (1850-1922)
Susanna Cochrel (1852- ?)
Phinney Cochrel (1854-1941)
George D. Cochrel (1857- ?)
John H. Cochrel, Jr. (1858-1912)
