Seeking Information on Robert Cockrell's parents and siblings. Robert Cockrell 1786-1841 married Prudence Talley 1781-1867 (daughter of William) in early 1800's. Robert and Prudence moved to Ohio in 1840, the trip taking 16 days, settling in Wayne County Ohio. Robert had served in the War of 1812. He died the year after the move, at the age of 55-7-15. Robert and Prudence's children: Malinda 1804-aft1880 m David Baker 1798-1864; Hiram 1810 bef 1889 m cousin Ellen Talley 1814-?; John 1813-1890 m Esther Ann Seeley 1823-1892; Robert Mortimer 1816-1888 m Sarah Ann Evans 1820-1909; Caroline 1823-1890 m John Bowman 1824-1902.
