Looking for any info on Thomas Cockerill b. 1824 in London who was a Wealthy Tobacco Trader who came from London, and settled in Southwark District, in Philadelphia in the 1840s.

MOST INTERESTED: The Thomas Cockerill b. 1824 london, married Elizabeth, maiden name unknown, most interested to find out her surname and parents, according to the census she wa born in Delaware, around 1827.

Question is he related to the famous Cockerill Family of Philadelphia which ahd been there since the late 1600s, and one of whom (another Thomas Cockerill) was the first publishing patron of Ben Franklin?

Best - Bill
