Hello I live in Rothwell near Leeds,I was born in Oulton ajacent to Rothwell my Father lived in Oulton Or Woolesford (Ajoining Rothwell) 1920-2001.

My Mother was from County Durham.

For the last hundred years the Cockerham spelling is the dominant name though all most names can be found from hundreds of years ago.

Unfortunately the most important Parish register is missing making a paper search almost impossible.


I think it is my duty to send you my DNA Please let me know the procedure and my daughter and I will donate.
