My inquiry is actually in respect to 78 yr. old "Cyntha Burns" listed with them in 1850 census.
My research focus is the BURNS line PA >VA >KY >MO >TX.

Troy......David St. Clair Combs is my gt. gt. uncle. To be more specific, he was a 1/2 brother to my gt. grandfather, Dr. Thomas Edward Cockerham (also spelled Cocreham). Their mother was the former Rebecca Massey Burrus.
In response to your query ---- which I just learned about yesterday ---- I am happy to relate that I have a picture of Uncle David that I will be glad to send you.
Please bear with me for another week or so as I am presently away from home but plan to return (southern Calif.) on Sunday. I will scan the photo and send it as a JPEG file. What e-mail address would you prefer that I send the picture to?
