Arthur W. Cocherell, Jr. 65, of Chino passed away May 24, 2006 at his home surrounded by his family and friends. He was born July 30, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois, and was raised there. He moved to Chino in 1984. He worked as a carpenter/superintendent for over 40 years. He was recently employed by H/C Olsen Contruction Co. of Monrovia, Ca. Arthur is survived by his wife Gloria Cocherell, sons Arthur T. (Dawn) Cocherel l of AR., Michael J. (Kathleen) Cocherell of IL., daughters Jacqueline A. (Tyler) Cavanaugh of AZ, Juliana M. (Travis) Holland of CA, and Jennifer L. Cocherell of CA. He is also survived by grandchildren Arthur T. Jr, Brittney A., Jordan, Ryken K., Michael J. Jr, Mercediez M., Madison M., Austin M., Jake R.; sister Barbara (Louie) Ayers of MI, brother Robert (Jill) Cocherell of FL, and Uncle Julius (Grace) Giorgi of Phelan, CA. Arthur is preceded in death by his parents Juliana and John Heyer. To our dear est Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Friend. You were truly one of a kind and have touched many lives. In our time of grief we can only hope that your strength will guide us through. You will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. We love you and miss you, until we meet again. A memorial service will be 4 p.m., Saturday, June 3, 2006 at Griffith Mortuary in Chino. Funeraria del Angel Griffith Mortuary, Chino, in charge of arrangements. 13002 Central Ave. (909) 628-2329.
