There is a book called SOME EARLY LANDOWNERS IN SOUTHERN NOTTOWAY AND NORTHERN LUNENBURG COUNTIES, VIRGINIA, AND THE COCKE (COKE) FAMILY WHO ONCE LIVED THERE, 1997, which is being sold by Iberian Publishing Company.
Go to www.iberian.com then go to county records for the Virginias, then go to Lunenburg County to get a partial description of the book.
However, this book only gives a line of descendants from Abraham Cocke (d1760) through his son Abraham Cocke (d1782). That is, this book only covers a small portion of the Cocke family.
