Nearlt all my family are Cokcburns ,Yet Ben cogburn is a Cousin M jerimiah went from GA to Mississippi then Texas Bens and others went to AR then TXOthers stayed in GA and AL. This is a Huge family. Which family does James Coburn come from?. My uncles b190s knew Reuben J Cogburn as he was a Deputy Sheriff in OK and AR. I hear he last lived in Arizona.I will be posting the whole George Cockburn family soon. George was from Scotland( they say) and was b in 1746 d 1836 in GA He is seen as Rev Cockburn early in life but not after going to GA.I will be happy to send you a Family Tree Maker Gedcom if you wish, when I get through. I was in the Hospital for 5 months and am not real perky yet.
