The Cockburn forum has been so quite of late. I am still seeking information on any Cockburn who lived in AL, especially Franklin County and vicinity, including Tishomingo County, MS. My gggrandmother was Louisa Cockburn, born in Alabama abt 1830. I believe her mother was Elizabeth Cockburn of Franklin County. Louisa married George T. Goff abt 1845. She died in Grayson County, TX between 1864 and 1870.
