I am interested in your message re. Cockburns of Linlithgow. Helen Law is my GGGAunt, the daughter of my GGGGrandfather William Law and his wife Elizabeth Stanners. I have a lot of information about these families. Recently I have been trying to trace the Cockburn connection, all I know at the moment is that William was a shoemaker and Burgess of Linlithgow and had four children.
