Hello Bill;
Thankyou so much for your reply and the information from the census. We always thought John Wenmouth Cock may have come from the Liskeard area because there are lots of Wenmouths there so maybe his mother was a Wenmouth. Anyway, this has given my research a kickstart-many thanks. Our families may tie up at some stage. By the way....I told you I'm new to all this!....what's the GRO?
