Is anyone here already familiar with Jester LOCK, Ezekiel LOCK, Larrance LOCKE, and John LOCK/E in the postings at the links below??
I can't locate any descendants for either a Jester LOCK, nor a Jester LOCKE -- so I am very curious if the surname was mistranscribed from the original document, and that the correct surname is COCK - COCKE - COX - COKE - COAKE
I wonder if Jester COCKE of Virginia, who so many people are trying to find parents and place of origin for is actually from New Sweden? There is a Jester LOCK there...
