I need something to prove Peter Cock b. 1825 in VA is son of John Cock b.1783. They were in Grayson Co VA,Caroll co VA and Floyd co VA.The father John Cock married Jane Phillips 1810.The son I need to prove Peter Cock married Lucinda Cox 18 Nov.1847 Floyd co VA.Parents not listed on marriage,it's in John Perry Alderman's book but I need more proof!any clues appreciated. susan
