I'm looking for information on Charles C. Cock. He served in Company H or K of 1st Alabama. I'm specifically interested in what happened to him after the war. I am trying to find info on his wife and am hoping to do that by finding out more about him. Would like to know where he is buried. His wife's name was Mary. The spelling of the last name may be Cock or Cox. His wife was perhaps the widow of Wiseman Halcom(b), Holcomb(e) who may be the one who also enlisted in company K of 1st Alabama.

Charles was born sometime around 1844?? and appears on 1900 census with wife, Mary, and daughter, Mary. May also appear on 1910 census. Later life lived in Tarrant, Texas? Was born in Fayette County, Alabama??
