I am looking for Thomas COCHRANE and his family. I have new info that he was born in Ireland. His parents and siblings (and him) are listed in the McDonough Cty. Illinois census for 1850. The youngest child was born in IL in about 1856. His parents were William and Martha COCHRANE. I am also searching for info on his son Manning who was born about 1868. He disappeared from family record in Nebraksa and had a daughter at some time named Ruth who was living in San Francisco in 1950.
