Father: (?) Cochrane (1819->1850)

Spouse: Eleanor Sarah E. or Helene Martin
Birth: bef 1840, New York
Marr: bef 1851

Children: Theresa "Tressa" (<1851-)
Frank Eugene (1851-)Wisconsin?-
DeWitt "Judy" (1855-)
I have found records of Frank E. and DeWitt in South Dakota but James B. is "oral history" and I have found no records. Other "oral history has Byron or "By" included as a cousin or brother of Frank E. Do you have anything to connect them?
