I'm researching my wife's family. Looking for any info on the ancestors of John Ferguson Cochrane, born in Willamantie, Windham county, CT, died 11 Nov 1944, probably in the New Haven area. He was married to Helen Marie Smith who died in the 1960's or early 70's. They had one child, Douglas Smith Cochrane, born in Derby, CT, 6 June 1921, died 11 Feb 1999 in Hallendale, Broward County, FL. Any info on this family would be greatly appreciated.
