There are two Hugh Cochrans in my tree. One is Hugh E. Cochran, who I know very little about, other than I believe he was born in Georgia sometime in the 1790s, and the other is Hugh Cochran who I think was born in 1770 in South Carolina. Any of this match your info? My maiden name was Cochran, and Im researching the family line.
