Hi Frances;
These girls of Simon's have been driving me crazy trying to track them, they all have used other names other than what was on their birth record. Mrytle's real name was Merta A., born Sep 12, 1873. They all must have gotten married in Putnam Co, can't find anything in Union Co where they were born and I haven't gotten up to Putnam Co yet. If you would send the info you have on her and Walter, I'd appreciate it. And any other info you might have on her sisters. Her 2 brothers were Harry and Marion, Harry only lived about 1 month, and Marion died Mar 17, 1955 in Continental. In Mrytle's Father's obit, it stated there were Mrs Myrtle Cochenour on Neapolis, Mrs Anna Carl of Copper Bluff, Mo, Mrs Etta Baldwin of Urbana, Ohio and Marion DeWitt of Continental. Let me know what info you want on the DeWitt's. I can get you back 4 more generations on Mrytle if you want. Thanks
