Nancy,

The book does not show a Frederick Court. It does show an Ozella Coberly, b:? daughter of George Coberly and Mary Ann Mathews (George's 3rd wife). They married about 1829.

Of course, if your Ozella married in 1808 this couldn't be her.

George and Mary Ann, by the way, were from Hardy Co. VA.

This Ozella died after 1860, place unknown, possibly Ohio.
