Phebe died in 1905 and her daughter, Agnes died in 1913.
Agnes second husband was John Billy. They had a son, Simon, but I'm not sure when he was born but I think it would have been after 1898. I do know that he was still alive in 1971 according to his half brother's obit.
I'm not sure which entry you wanted me to look at for Simon Billy.
Here is Agnes' obit:
"Indian Woman Dies
The Choctaw Herald April 24, 1913
Mrs. Agnes Billy, wife of John Billy, died at the family home near Messer last Saturday of pneumonia after a short illness. She was well known in the neighborhod [sic] and prominent among the Choctaw people. The burial took place Sunday near the home."
