COBB, CECIL R., 85, of Hudson, died Saturday (Aug. 16, 1997) at National Healthcare, Hudson. Born in Stockbridge, Mich., he came here 19 years ago from Pleasant Lake, Mich., and was owner of Cobb-Schreer Farm Equipment and Auto Sales, Stockbridge. He was a former member of the Stockbridge Volunteer Fire Department and a member and former chairman of the board of Country Club Estates Civic Association, Hudson. Survivors include his wife, Mary; a son, Norman C., Lady Lake; a daughter, S andra K. Spencer, Petersburg, Mich.; two stepsons, Gary L. Smith, Winter Haven, and Sidney L. Smith, Sparta, Mich.; two brothers, Roland J., Stockbridge, and Arthur R., Chelsea, Mich.; three sisters, Marian Lindberg, Stockbridge, and Emma Lou Pomrenke an d Vivian Cobb, both of Jackson, Mich.; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson. National Cremation Society, Holiday.
