I am fairly sure that this is the marriage of Jacob Monroe Cobb to Julia Ann Nichols. Jacob Monroe is the son of Samuel T. Cobb. Samuel also had a son, James, who never married according to my information. This is the information that I sent to Davine on this marriage.
