George William Cobb born Nov. 18, 1834 in Merry Hill, Bertie Co., NC. He married Celia Ann Henry on April 30, 1867. They had the following children:

William J. Cobb
Martha Cobb
James A. Cobb
Peter F. Cobb

George died January 30, 1922.
