Staghead, Phoenix, Castle and Sword Coat of Arms

Hi there

I'm wanting to trace the source of a certain coat of arms - I believe it is of Scottish origin and have no family name or latin motto details, so I don't have any more information on it.

Basically the coat of arms consists of a stag/reindeer head on top of a helmet, which is on top of a shield containing a phoenix-like bird, castle walls pattern and a hand holding a sword. Any ideas?
