Here's the description:

gules two bars gemelle silver and a baston silver . Blazoned for " monsr . Thomas Walshe " in Will ., and for Welsh of Wanlip, co . Leicester, in Glover Ord .

But I'm not sure if it's correct. Can anyone lend me a hand?
