The blazon "Ar. three ineschutcheons, two and one gu." could be expanded to read "Argent three ineschutcheons, two and one gules", that is a shield with a silver field (the argent)upon which are three red smaller shield shapes (the ineschutcheons gules) placed in a two-one pattern, two above, one below.
