As has been mention before, there is no generic coat of arms in Western European and British heraldry that can be used by anyone with the same surname. To lawfully use a coat of Arms you must either descend in the male line from the original grantee/armiger or obtain your own distinct Arms.

Burke's General Armory lists seven entries for the name Millington;
