The Mecham crest, part of the coat of arms confirmed in 1811 to George Mecham of Garrycastle, Athlone, Ireland, is described in the General Armory as:
A dexter cubit arm erect, grasping a dagger transfixed through a human heart, emitting drops of blood, all ppr.
This crest is not in Fairbairn's or Elven's Crests reference books. I'm interested in finding any other families that may be associated with this particular crest design.
