Fairbairn's Book of Crests associates the motto "Ut Prosim" (That I may be of use) with the names Foley, Grigg and Greenwood. However, none of the crests listed for those names seem to come close to the one you describe.

One question when you use the term "crest" do you mean the device that sits upon the helm or the shield (Arms) itself?
