Hodgson Coat of Arms

I am trying to verify a quartering on a coat of arms which I believe may be of Hodgson. THey are martlet birds, 2 are blue and 1 is gold. All have feet. The 2 blue birds are on a background of gold and the gold bird is on a background of blue. Sorry, I know I am not describing these as per armorial language but can anyone help please?
Thank you,
Leah Sidgwick
