Cannot find parentage for Ella Coates. Only have one old newspaper article about her husband James Woodward (b.1836; one-time candidate for Idaho senate), which states that Ella was b.1849 in PA and that her father was one of Berdan's sharpshooters in the Civil War. Is anyone else also looking for her and having a better go of it? Thank you.
