Looking for information on Henry Hoyet Coats b. SC. abt 1810. His
wife;s name is Matilda__ and they had several children but can
only make out a few of the names: William, John H., Caroline,
George W. and they had a daughter named Elizabeth that
married Nathaniel Maples on Dec. 31, 1848 in Pike co. Georgia.
They divorced in 1856 and Nathan Maples married Cynthia Ann
Littleton. Elizabeth and Nathan Maples had a son Benjamin
Franklin Maples that married Serilda Jane Cox in about 1869
in Uvalde, Texas. All of Henry Hoyet and Matilda Coats children
were born in Georgia.
