referencing Truman Coates's 1906 geneology: Moses and Susannah met as Six weeks men's Meeting at Clonmel, 27th 12 mon. 1714; at Province Men's Meeting at Corke, 25 2 mo., 1715; at Six weeks men meeting at Killcomon Beg ye 10 of 2 mo., 1715; and at Province mens meeting in Cork the 25 2mo., 1715 (minute no 2)at which time;" The said prtys are referred to Friends of the monthly or six weeks meetings of those prts to see yr orderly ascomplishment of their marriage in convenient time &c." According to a letter from J.Beauley Beale, Dublin Ireland to Truman Coates: Moses Coates took his wife Susanna Weldon, from among Friends, in the Province of Munster, and were married in Cashel Friends Meeting, County Tipperary, Province of Munster, Ireland on third month, 1, 1715;
There is no indication that any dates were adjusted for the calendar change of 1752; I haven't found any info regarding how the Quakers were identifying months at that time.. So they could have been using Jan as first month or Mar as first month, I suspect they were still using March as first month, but can't confirm.
