Both Mavis (my grandmother) and Phyllis would have been born between 1900 and 1920. My grandfather was born 1906.

Yes, all in England, as far as I know.

All I really know about the lineage on the Coates sides is that Mavis and Phyllis had a grandfather, George (d. Dec. 5, 1951) and a Grandmother Beatrice.

That same George seems to have had children by the names Len, Jean, Maie (or Marie?), George, Frank and/or Beatrice.
