Does this have any relation to Coates Mills, Canada?

I have just come into possession of a USA Petitition for Naturalization for a Lorne Arthur Coates.

He lists his place of birth as Coatesville Canada on January 14, 1881 and says that he emigrated to the US from Moncton Canada on 1 January 1903 arriving in New York, NY on 2 January 1903 via the New Haven RR.

Does this help any of you researchers of the COATES family?
