The best I can give you is that in the 1851 Ontario,Canada Census Joshua Robins was 43 (b. abt.1807) and Janes Coates (his wife) was 33 (b. abt.1818.) Where they were born or where they were married I do not know. They had been in Ontario for a few years anyway, since their oldest child in 1851 was 14, born in Canada. We don't have a city of York in Ontario - (I believe Toronto my have been called York years ago). I hope this helps our search. Thanks, Val.
