Coate-Coppock Land Scheme 1920's

Does anyone know where I could find info about a land scheme from the 1920's? I have a little information but no ending for the story. Was there a trial? What happened to the money they collected? I'm trying to search for a family member but have only found how it started - no end to the story! This involved land in Pennsylvania. Thanks for any help.
