COANS IN MINNESOTA FROM IRELAND

LOOKING FOR RELATIVES. my Great grandfather John Coan was born 7-1-1847 somewhere in Ireland. John Coan's father is also listed as John Coan, Ireland. (The first John Coan married a Mary Cassidy from Ireland). The second John Coan died May 26, 1931, in Eyota Minnesota. His wife was Elizabeth (Fallon or O'Fallon) Coan. She was born 5-18-1851 somewhere in Ireland and died 2-2-1920 in Olmsted County, Minnesota. Their son (my grandfather) was Harry Joseph Coan. He was born 2-2-1885 in Eyota, Minnesota and died 3-5-1955 in Stearns County, Minnesota. He had a sister, Rose Coan. Harry Joseph Coan married Vida Blanche (Slawson) Coan. She was born 9-29-1896 in Plainview, MN and died 6-21-1962. Both of them are buried in Mankato, Minnesota.
